Organization Name on Donation Form, no First and Last Name
At organization name to donation form. When Churches/organizations/businesses use our donation form, it's confusing because the form requires a first and last name. Maybe add a toggle... if the donor is a entity instead of a person, the could check that box, and instead of first and last name, there would only be a box for organization name. Currently, our churches who give, put all kinds of weird stuff in the first and last, and then this creates duplicates in REACH, or causes other problems.
5 votesThank you for your feedback. The ability for a supporter to use the Organization Name on a donation form, with no First and Last Name required, is now available.
To enable for your account, go to Settings > Donation Setup > Donation Form Settings tab. Check the box to supporters to Allow Supporters To Enter Organization/Company in Place of Name.

Customize the Weekly Summary
We would like to be able to customize the weekly report summary that is emailed out based on our needs. Being able to select what is being shown in this report to be relevant would be a greater help than what is shown now.

Add Supporter Identification Number to Supporter Details Page
Each supporter has their permalink, but also a unique number that shows up in the supporter URL (sometimes) but not in details.

Incorporate the information about a sponsored child on their profile that the sponsor sees.
On the admin side, we enter information such as birthdays, siblings, parents, village, etc. But the sponsor doesn't see that. This would really help our sponsors continue fostering a relationship with their children.

Give an option to add an "unsubscribe" button to the bottom of emails.

Add the "sponsorship since" field to the sponsorship profiles
Add the "sponsorship since" field to the sponsorship profiles so it will automatically populate the date when the sponsorship is added.

Updating Recurring Donations
We need the ability to edit the amount of a recurring donation without cancelling the recurring donation and starting a new one.
Additionally, we need to be able to cancel a recurring donation without it cancelling the sponsorship as well. There are times that a donor wants to continue paying offline, so the automatic payment needs to be stopped, but not the sponsorship.

custom automatic registration and donation confirmation forms
It would be great if the donation confirmation emails were customizable for each campaign. It also feels important for events to have a customizable confirmation form to send out the event info to folks that register, especially at the last minute. We're wondering how we are going to deal with folks that register 5 minutes before or after the start of the event. It would be ideal to be able to add the Zoom link to the email confirmation so we don't have to be checking and emailing folks as they register.

Email Notification When Supporter Updates Profile
We store supporter information other places than just in Reach. But if a supporter updates their address or contact information in Reach, we don't have any way of knowing so we can update our other records.
An email whenever someone updates their information seems pretty simple and would be super useful.

Sponsorship Home page to show only active sponsorships
When I look at the Sponsorship homepage, it lists every sponsorship that was ever made. It would be better if it defaults to active with being able to include disabled sponsorships in the drop down.

Pay what you can tickets for events
It would be great to have a pay what you can option for events, that could be combined with fixed ticket amounts that are currently available.

Live Giving Thermometer
We would love to see a Live Giving Thermometer on campaign pages, which can be used during live fundraising events. Once someone gives, it immediately shows up on the progress bar without needing to refresh the page.

Allow admin to create additional folders in Conversations.
On the admin page, we are only able to file messages in the 'Inbox' or 'Archive'. Allow admin to create additional folders and subfolders for storage based on country, program, status etc. RD

Set up tracking scripts for Google Analytics 4 Property G-XXXXXXX number. Google will no longer be using UA as of 2023.
Since Google will be sunsetting their UA in favor of the Google Analytics 4 Property in 2023 (one short year away!), REACH might want to consider establishing a script so that we can make the transition smoothly and not lose tracking data.

Develop a Lapsed Donor Report
A lapsed donor report reflects who donated in Year 1, but not in Year 2. This would help our NPO's management assess donor retention and outreach, measure how to improve stewardship measures, etc. Thank you!

Add Today or Yesterday selection in Quick Date Range
There is no option for daily reports, only quarterly and monthly in the Quick Range. It would save time for those of us who print multiple daily reports.
