  1. Cross Link Records

    It's a way to connect people with a relationship. i.e. family members who are living in different places, such as children or parents. Also linking people to a business or a foundation. For example, a person may be on the board of a Foundation that gives, and they may give individually. Linking the records insures the relationship is understood and connected.

  2. SMS Notification Integration for Sponsorship Updates

    I am writing to inquire about the possibility of implementing an SMS (text message) notification system to inform our donors and sponsors when new content, such as photos, letters, or updates regarding their sponsored child, becomes available on their child's profile.

    Currently, our system relies on email notifications to relay such information. However, we have encountered several instances where sponsors have not received these notifications for various reasons. Some emails have been inadvertently directed to their SPAM folders, while others have reported infrequent email usage or delayed email checks. In contrast, text messages garner quicker response from our sponsors.

  3. Automatically drop donors into support groups based on an action

    So what we would like to have happen is for a donor to be automatically assigned into a group once they've written a letter. For instance, currently we are working with our "February 2023 Letter Received" group. Our current process is when a donor writes their letter within a certain time frame, I manually add them into that group. If that donor were to be automatically dropped into a group upon writing their letter, that's what we'd be looking for.
