  1. Allow Sponsorship Conversations to be turned on/off per Place

    Currently, when Conversations are turned on in the Portal Setup, it is enabled for all Places at once. Since our organization has many places that we provide for children, we would like to roll out Conversations to those locations one at a time.

  2. Weekly Supporter Campaign Summary Updates

    After a supporter creates a campaign, I would like them to get weekly updates (using a "Campaign Summary" email template). This would help to keep them focused and energized.

  3. have an option on the TAGS Data Entry Page, to eventually hide some tags from the admin view

    It would be very useful to hide many of the tags we have used for past years. Is there a chance such an option could be added for each tag?

  4. Send Email to Multiple Groups

    It would be great if I could "Send an Email to Multiple Groups" at the same time. Currently, you can choose one group to send an email to in the Communications Tab. This can be accomplished using reports, but I'd like it to be added to the simply email interface within Communications. For instance, I'd like to send an email to a group of supporters, but I'd also like to send that same email to my "Staff" Group.

  5. Embed video in Email

    I would like to be able to embed a playable video inside an email. The video could either be hosted by REACH, or hosted on another source, like YouTube.

  6. add an option to send email from the "Account Email" rather than the logged in use

    It is really clunky to have to log out of my admin account and into an "info" account just to send email.

    I would like to be able to run a report of missionaries that can be sorted based on sponsorship status, by country, etc.

  8. Donation Tags

    The donation module has a place for tags, but when entering a manual donation, a check for instance, you have to create the donation, save it, then go back to see the tag field. I would like to see the tag field show up on the first donation input screen. We get a great number of checks and have volunteers enter them for us. This extra step is problematic for them, and leads to errors.

  9. Mail merge to Word

    When merging one letter I'd like it to merge to Word and not a PDF so I can personalize the letter. With a PDF I cannot make any changes after it merges.

  10. Create a way to send acknowledgement letters to soft credits.

    Many of our donors give through an outside donation management company. These donors can't receive a contribution letter, but we want to send an acknowledgement letter. The soft credit report won't pull up address to create a mailable letter.

    We want to create a mail merge letter that can be sent to all soft credit donors showing how much they gave and when. The soft credit report needs to include addresses and other date to make it possible to create this mail merge.

  11. Automatically add donors to a Group when they give to a specific purpose/project.

    For instance, the admin would like to create a group for each of their Missionaries.
    When a person donates toward that missionary, they would like that individual to be automatically added to a group.

    Request the ability to change the order of a custom field that is defined as Dropdown Select for a Sponsorship Type referral.

  13. Add sponsorship type to "Supporters" Report

    Need a sponsorship type on the supporters report. I need to filter the type of sponsorship in this particular report, because I need to the option to filter by contact preference. As of now, I can't find any way to filter by contact preference and sponsorship type.

  14. Remove the donation categories from the admin side if they are hidden/disabled

    The dropdown list on the admin side gets bogged down with donation categories that we no longer use and can cause errors when entering donations.

    We would like for the system to generate an email that we can edit that would go out to supporters on their birthdays.

    Communication > Emails

    Tried to send an email to a group with a file attached but there is no option to preview any attached files before sending. Unfortunately the email sent with no attachment despite saying the file had been uploaded successfully before sending. Is it possible to improve the attachments fields in 'new emails' and add a preview button so that reports and letters can be successfully attached to outgoing emails? Thanks

  17. Add Action on Donation to Email receipt

    We need to have an Action that lets you Email the receipt for a single donation to the end user without having to Print the receipt and then manually emailing to the donor.

  18. Campaigns to be able to support sponsorships rather than simply donations

    Campaigns should be able to support sponsorships rather than simply donations. This would facilitate things like Ambassador programs in which we have individuals do peer to peer enlisting of sponsorships rather than only donations.

    Have the option to view the website in different languages so we can have international supporters, Spanish would be our top choice

  20. Easy Way to Remove Individuals from Groups

    Hi there,

    We need an easy way to remove donors from groups - either to be able to search their names within the group to remove OR to be able to remove them from the group via their supporter record.
