The Activity tab will list activity for the supporter as recorded by the system. Most changes to a supporters account are recorded in the Activity tab of the Supporter's Record.
If the supporter or an admin sets up a sponsorship, the activity will be recorded here. If you send out a mass email or a text message to a group of supporters from the Communications Module, if the supporter was included in the group, the activity will be listed here. You can also Record an activity such as a Phone Call using the Record Activity Button. This is a great way to log all communications with a Supporter.
You can also add activities to the supporter's activity tab.
When you make a change to the supporter's record, go to the Activity Tab to make sure it recorded. If not you can record it there or in the Notes tab.
If a donation is edited by an admin going in and changing the purpose of the donation, that activity is not recorded. An admin should add a note as an Admin Note on the donation or in the Activity to record the action they took.
