How do I customize a failed recurring donation email?

The text sent in a failed recurring donation email is:

"We failed to process your recurring donation, please update your payment information at
https://yourorganization.reachapp.co/users/payment_info."

To access and customize this email template:

- Go to Settings > Email Templates
- Next to the Failed Recurring Donation template, click the blue Edit button
- Edit the message as desired
- Click Save Changes when completed.

Note: 

You must have admin access to Portal Design to edit an email template. 

Custom email templates are available on the Essentials, Pro and Pro Plus plans.
