New Admins: Start Here

Hi, welcome to REACH! We know that it takes a team to run a non-profit and I'm sure your team is happy to have you on board!

Our goal is to get you knowledgeable about using REACH so you can be up and running and assisting your organization as quickly as possible. 

Here are some steps and helpful links to help get you started:

2. Review your Admin Settings. Ensure your email settings are correct, you are listed as a primary contact if you are the main admin and your permissions and notifications are as intended. 

You can get there by logging into your Admin Console > Clicking on Settings > Admin Users. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes when you are done.

*Please note, some of these settings vary based on plan level and your organization's settings. Essentials, Pro and Pro Plus plans include admin permissions. If you need to change something and are unable to, check with the primary admin on your account first.

3. Familiarize yourself with our Knowledge Base:

Here, you'll see a list of FAQs organized by section. Take some time to read through them, especially in the areas you'll be assisting with. Also, remember to come back to look for answers to your questions as you get going. We are continuously updating these sections and adding to it as new questions arise and new features/updates are added.

4. Know how to Contact Us

The best way to contact us is through our Support Ticketing system. You can access this directly from your Admin Console by clicking on the ? Icon directly from your Dashboard and clicking on Contact Support. Type in your question and it is immediately sent to our support team. You will find that we respond in a very timely manner. 

We recommend you keep your replies on the same support ticket thread as this helps keep our full support team aware of where we are in the process of answering your question.

REACH includes several reports that will give you a wealth of pertinent information on your donors, sponsors, sponsorships, etc. Understand what each report is and how to generate, decipher and export each Report as needed. 

6. Suggestions? We welcome them on our Feedback Forum

Here, you can add and vote on suggestions made to our development team from organizations using REACH. We take your feedback and suggestions seriously. We regularly review the forum and our development team makes updates to the system using your suggestions.
