Yes, you can update how the date format will be shown in your Admin Console and in your Reports. To do so:
- Go to Settings > Account Rules
- On the General tab, you will the Admin Console Date Format selections
- Choose your new date format from the drop down selection box
- Click on Save Changes
- These will update the date format as shown in your REACH Admin Console and in your Reports only (admin-only side).
- To make updates to the date format shown on the public side, you can edit your Mail Merge and Email Templates.
