Can I create my own Custom Email Template to use when emailing my supporters from the REACH system?
REACH uses 9 separate Email Templates when sending automatic emails to your supporters on your behalf.
The ability to customize your email and mail merge templates are only available on our Pro Plus, Pro and Essentials plans. We recommend you review all your templates and add information needed to represent your organization.
In addition to these set Email Templates, accounts on the Pro Plus, Pro, and Essentials Plans can also create Custom Email Templates.
Custom Email Templates can be used when emailing a supporter from a Supporter Record. They are also available for use when creating an email in the Communications E-Mailing Module.
These templates can include liquid objects for Supporter Information such as Name, Address, Email, etc. Some other information can also be included using liquid tags such as Account Information - Account Name, Account Address, etc.
These email templates can only pull in tagged information for a Supporter or an Account. Information on a supporter's sponsorships, or donation activity, can not be include in custom email templates.
For donation activity, please view the New Donation Template provided. You can also create a Mail Merge for donations activity as needed.
