While setting up our program, can we disable all communication to our supporters?

We are working on setting up REACH, can we disable all communication REACH sends to our supporters while in the set-up process?

Yes, REACH does allow you to disable all communication sent from REACH to your supporters while you are setting up your account.

To disable this communication during the set up process: 

- Go to Settings > Base Settings
- Check the box: 'While setting up our REACH Portal you can disable all email sent by supporters by checking the box and clicking 'Save Changes.'
- Scroll down and click Save Changes

Be sure to re-enable communication by going back in and unchecking the box when your set up is complete.
