Why am I receiving an error when trying to link my existing images during import?

I am providing the url link to Dropbox for our sponsorship image and it's not working. What am I doing wrong?

When importing sponsorships images into REACH, you can link existing images to a sponsorship by using the url of the image. However, the url link will not often work with drive services such as Dropbox or Google Drive. 

You must have the direct link to the image file - not a gallery, edit or preview url.

Note: You can also mass upload images using our FTP service and then link the image(s) uploaded to the FTP site to your sponsorships with the Sponsorship Import Template. To obtain instructions on how to upload to our FTP site, email us.

Sponsorships will not display to the public without a profile image. If you do not have one ready, we suggest using a placeholder image.
