Basic donor management is available for our Sponsorships and Campaigns packages

- Supporter Records with the ability to track Supporter Donations and Sponsorships
- Automated Emails sent from REACH that will use the base REACH email template and can not be edited

Full donor management is available with our Essentials, Pro and Pro Plus packages and provides additional features such as:

- Email Template Customization
- Full CRM allowing supporters to be placed into Groups and Segments
- The ability to create Custom Forms
- The ability to Merge Supporter Records - Resolving Duplicates
- Admin Permissions so you can control what each admin can view/edit
- Supporter Notes and Activity History
- Admin Task & Reminders
- One-to-One Supporter Communication from the Supporter's Record

The Donation Details Report and the Sponsorship Activity Report, among others, are available with both options.
