A Sponsorship has left our program, how do I update the Supporter?

If a Sponsorship has left your program and has no supporter currently sponsoring them, you can update the Sponsorship's Record and click the Disable checkbox.  
Disabled Sponsorships will be denoted in yellow in your Sponsorships Module. Disabled Sponsorships will NOT be shown on the Public Sponsorships Page. Make sure to click the green Save Changes button at the bottom of the page when done.

If a Sponsorship has left your program and does have a current Supporters, you can cancel the sponsorship for the each Supporter, or assign them a different Sponsorship if they would like to continue to give.

To Cancel a Supporter's Sponsorship, go to the Supporter's Record, click on the Sponsorship History tab and click the red Cancel icon to the right of the sponsorship's listing. When cancelling the sponsorship this way, you will have the option to Send or Not Send an automatic email to the supporter.  
This will end the recurring payments to the sponsorship from the supporter.  
You will need to do this for each Supporter of the Sponsorship.

You can then update the Sponsorship's Record and click the Graduated checkbox.  
Graduated Sponsorships have left your program. They are still visible to previous sponsors but can not accept new sponsors.  
You can also choose to Hide the sponsorship if you do not want the supporter to see the sponsorship any longer when they log in to their REACH account.
Make sure to click the green Save Changes button at the bottom of the page when done.

If the supporter would like to continue sponsoring a different sponsorship, instead of Cancelling the Sponsorship for them, go to their Supporter Record, click on the Sponsorship History tab and then click the View Details icon to the right of the sponsorship's listing.  
On the Supporter/Sponsorship Relationship page that loads, click the blue Edit Sponsorship Supporter button. 
Here you can choose a different sponsorship from the Sponsorship dropdown for the supporter. The recurring payments will continue for the new sponsorship. Make sure to click the green Save Changes button once done.
You will still want to edit the original Sponsorship Record of the sponsorship that has left the system to mark them as Graduated so they no longer appear on your REACH public portal.
