How do I delete a supporter, sponsorship or sponsorship type?

How do I delete a Supporter? How do I delete a Sponsorship? How do I delete a Sponsorship Type?

To Delete a Supporter:

Go to the Supporter Module and search for the Supporter. To the right of the Supporter's Name is a Delete Icon which will be dark red if the Supporter can be deleted.
A Supporter with any Donation or Sponsorship History can not be deleted from REACH. The Supporter record remains in the system for the use of donation and sponsorship reports.  
You can remove a Supporter's Payment Information if needed by clicking the Update Payment Information icon. You can also Disable a Supporter keeping them from logging into REACH by Editing the Supporter.
You may also want to edit the supporter's Contact Options to "No" to stop emails from being sent to the email address on file.

To Delete a Sponsorship: 

Go to the Sponsorship Module and search for the Sponsorship. The Sponsorship Listing will include a  a Delete Icon to the right which will be dark red if the Sponsorship can be deleted.
A Sponsorship can not be deleted if there is any sponsorship or donation history. You can edit the Sponsorship's record to mark them Disable. A Disabled Sponsorship will no longer show on your Sponsorship Page or to past supporters if they log in and view their past sponsorships.  

To Delete a Sponsorship Type: 

Go to the Sponsorships Module and select Sponsorship Types.  A Sponsorship Type can not be deleted if any Sponsorship are assigned to the type.  You can update your Sponsorships to another type if needed.  If no Sponsorships are assigned to the Sponsorship Type, you can delete the Sponsorship Type by clicking on the red Delete Button.
